We are led by a deeply committed Board of Directors that includes two founders: Stacey Bucci and Andrea Shaffer. We receive advice and guidance from an independent Board of Advisors. 

 

ANDREA SHAFFER

Andrea serves as President, Chair, and Secretary of Liberty Legal Foundation. She is a career corporate management professional who has spearheaded initiatives aimed at seamlessly integrating acquired entities into existing organizational frameworks, all while fostering environments conducive to innovation and adaptability. Andrea is also an independent journalist, Beef Initiative Associate Editor, and has reporting featured in the Brownstone Institute, Daily Wire, CHD, Liberty Sentinel, and other publications covering current day topics of major interest. Andrea’s educational background includes a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Employment Labor Law.

 

STACEY BUCCI

Stacey serves as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Liberty Legal Foundation. She is an accomplished attorney with experience in administrative law, property law, business law, and civil litigation. Stacey is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, New York, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and United States Court of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits.
